The Temecula area complex opened its 1882 Cantina just in time for Cinco de Mayo, giving the resort the sit-down Mexican option resort officials have wanted for a while. Sure, there’s Agave Mexican Delights at the Temptations Food Walk and Baja Express at the adjacent gas station, but both of those are fast casual options to quickly dispense with taco, burrito and carne asada fry cravings.
