After they did the investigation they would see if there is anything they could do for us if it was their fault. They also said many of times they believe we left our balcony door open and that was dirt from outside. They would need to interview the housekeeping staff that last cleaned the room as well as inform their managers to make reports.
When I asked why, the management told me they needed to do an 'investigation'. So when I asked for comps to get dinner at least as I had to pay for a babysitter because of their dirty room I was again told they would not do that. I took my daughter home and paid for a babysitter as we still had one night left and the management would not let us come back at another time. This was not from over night or even one day. When we woke up we turned on all the lights and noticed tons of dust on the armoire. Enjoyed the pool with my wife and daughter only to have her asthma and allergies act up all night.
